These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdbajee 88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). • Self-exclusion status: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from bdbajee 88 or from any other gaming platform and that period of exclusion remains active, you are not eligible to register or access the platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

bdbajee 88 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source; any winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonus & Promotions Policy

The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

bdbajee 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing, or where suspension or closure is required for regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting bdbajee 88 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be actioned immediately and without delay. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

• Closure by bdbajee 88: Where the platform closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse is confirmed, bdbajee 88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.
• Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdbajee 88 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. Limitation of Liability
